PREPARING FOR MOTHERHOOD

A collaboration brought to you by myself and Manisha Sheth.

During this 5 Week, LIVE Group Programme, you will learn EVERYTHING you need to know about what to expect when you’re expecting, as well as how to prepare for life in those early weeks. By the end of the course, you’ll feel calm and confident about starting life with your newborn.

We kick off on Sunday 8th November and will be delivering our sessions via Zoom at 11-12.30 each week. Here’s what we’ll be delving in to;

  • Emotional preparation during pregnancy

  • Physically recovering after birth

  • Postnatal mental health

  • Postpartum Planning & newborn behaviour

  • Relationships - keeping love alive


 This is the perfect course to prepare you for the 4th Trimester & beyond 

This online programme will take you from uncertain and anxious to confident and ready.

You’ll be part of an intimate group of like-minded, expectant parents who are apprehensive about the same things.

Whether you’re a first timer or this is your 5th baby, this course is designed to support YOU in your transition from overwhelmed to prepared. 

As part of the programme, you’ll also be part of a private, members-only Facebook group. Our hope is that you can use this to support  one another through this journey, as well as gain exclusive access to us between live sessions.

We are giving away FREE personalised guided meditations & a 30 min Pregnancy anxiety coaching session for the first 3 couples who secure their place!!

The guided mediation will be created by Sara and will be tailored to you. It’s an amazing way to help settle your anxieties, and help you to feel more calm and relaxed.

The coaching session will be with Manisha where you can talk through any anxieties you have. She will help you manage those anxieties as well as give you the next steps to take to feel more calm and confident.

SO WHY ARE WE RUNNING THIS COURSE? WHAT’S OUR STORY?

We recently connected through our shared passion to support parents. We feel that there is a gap in the support that is currently offered to most expectant parents, which simply isn’t good enough. We both work with the same audience and by collaborating to combine our strengths & skills, we can deliver a well-rounded, holistic package

 

We want to empower clients with knowledge & tools to help with all aspects of pregnancy and parenthood, not just labour. Focussing on prevention and holistic wellness is and will always be our main priority. Our aim within this course is to provide you with emotional, physical, practical & spiritual support so that you can become the Mother you want to be.
