A MINI SERIES OF 3 X WORKSHOPS

Delivering an emotionally nutritious bundle of workshops for the expectant Mother ♥︎

These workshops have been inspired by my own reality and previous battle with Mental Health. I am coming up to 34 weeks pregnant with my second child. When I had my daughter 5 years ago, I unfortunately suffered acutely with Postpartum Psychosis, Postnatal Depression and Anxiety.

I understand first hand how important mental preparation is for this phase and momentous transition. There is so much I know now that I wish I’d known back then which I hope to share. There is also so much that we have control over and can implement whilst we are pregnant, to help lower our risks. It’s imperative we place priority on our Mental Health BEFORE our baby arrives. If we can’t make time for it now, how will we do so with a demanding newborn baby, when we are sleep deprived???

Creating positive habits and mindsets now, puts us in a far less vulnerable position and empowers us with confidence and tools! Having resources and strategies to go-to will also be invaluable as a New Mum, whether it’s your first or not.

In 2017 I trained as a Human Givens Therapist (a holistic form of therapy). This is clearly seen and woven in to everything I do. I take a whole person, personal approach rather than one size fits all.

Over these 3 sessions, you will learn about what to expect when you’re expecting (emotionally), as well as how to prepare for life in those early weeks or months. By the end of the sessions, you’ll feel calmer and more confident about life with your newborn.


These workshops are for you if ↓

  • You feel uncertain or anxious

  • You want to be surrounded by like-minded women on the same journey

  • You feel overwhelmed and would like some support or direction

  • You need a bit of accountability to prioritise your Mental Health

  • You have a history of a Mental Health problem

  • You are keen to prevent Mental Illness Antenatally and/or Postnatally

The way these workshops work is that you can mix and match them, so essentially dip in or out of whichever ones you feel you want/need to engage in at this time. They are all taking place within one week of another.

If you purchase one workshop on its own, you’ll pay £25

If you’d like to attend two, you’ll pay £40 in total (so £20 for each, saving you £10!)

And if you’d like to come along to all three, then you’ll pay £45 (just £15 each, saving you £30!)

We kick off on Wednesday 5th May at 8pm, followed by Sunday 9th May - 11am, then Wednesday 12th May - 8pm.

I promise to help you prepare for the 4th Trimester & equip you with tools that will enable you to adapt in a productive and positive way. Why wait to learn the hard way like I did? You deserve to know this stuff!

As outlined above, the investment for all 3 workshops is just £45. If you’d like to do 2, its £40 and just one is £25. I hope to see you there on Zoom!
