You will be immersed in a day of relaxation, given information and coping strategies.
The Retreat is taking place in a beautiful, calming setting at Champneys Springs & Spa in Ashby De La Zouche.

As a Mother of any age, you deserve to be worshipped and waited on! We’ll build you up whilst surrounding you in positive energy and that of like minded women, our own village. Together we are strong and hold space for one another.

If you're feeling fed up, overwhelmed, worn-out, under-appreciated, anxious, tired, lonely, in need of compassion, care or rejuvenation, then you're in the right place. Trust us, we’ve both been there.

You will come away feeling RE-energised, RE-laxed, RE-connected, RE-balanced, RE-assured, and RE-set, RE-ady to take on the world! Do not underestimate how much one day can improve your RE-selience. Go on, RE-Treat yourself!

If you like what you've heard and want to reserve a space, all you need to do is pay the non-refundable deposit of £51.25 via your card using the link below. Alternatively you can speak with me directly to arrange a bank transfer, pay via paypal or via Eventbrite (links further down the page).

The full ticket price is £247 (+2.5%) when paying by card. £247 when paying via bank transfer.

You can also pay via Eventbrite if you prefer, but please note that this incurs Eventbrite's booking fee as well.

The reason our deposit is non refundable is because we have outgoing costs as hosts to put the event on, advertise it, bring in guests, provide goody bags, secure the venue and the food.
